What is a Personal Concierge

Concierge Services are the solution to balancing work and home.  We can advise and help you arrange, plan or organize anything that you do not have the time or the patience to do yourself. We are a personal assistant, personal shopper, consultant, errand runner and event planner, and are capable of handling a wide array of tasks allowing our clients to enjoy more time to do the things they value most. 

Do my hours roll over to the next month?

The last thing a small business needs is another monthly bill or contract to sign. To solve this we created the bucket system. The Bucket System is a bucket full of hours that the Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant pulls from while they are working on your tasks. Use the hours in your bucket and when they run out simply purchase another bucket and continue or take a week off its up to you.  We will send an email when your hours are low.  You can also purchase on an hourly basis (minimum 4 hours).  We  have structured our pricing model to give you 3 months to use your hours. So yes the hours roll-over for 3 months, giving you plenty of time to use them.   Your hours will expire 90 days from the purchase date. 

What is the benefit of a personal concierge service?

Not everyone requires full or part-time help. Sometimes, all you need is someone to handle the extras so you have more time to handle more important responsibilities, do the things you do best, or just relax and enjoy your life.
